Production Time

All products are made to order and require up to 14 business days of production before shipment.
This production window ensures the highest quality for all customized and handcrafted items.

Shipping Methods

Once your order has completed the production process, it will be shipped through our trusted carriers — USPS for domestic shipments and FedEx for international deliveries.


At checkout, you will be able to select the shipping option that best fits your needs—ranging from faster express services to more economical standard options.

When Shipping Time Begins

Please note that the shipping timeframe you choose (e.g., 1–3 days, 3–5 days) begins only after the 14-day production period is completed.


For example, if you select a 1–3 business day shipping method, those days begin counting after your order finishes production.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress until delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, please be aware that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, seasonal volume, or logistical issues outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or free reshipment.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to all countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
