Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted for items that arrive broken or damaged.

• To initiate a return, you must provide a clear photo of the damaged product as proof.

Shipping

• Return shipping is free for eligible items.

• Once your return is approved, your replacement product will be shipped within 14 days.

Exclusions

• Ritchey’s Creations is not liable for damage resulting from excessive abuse or improper handling of the product after delivery.

All products require up to 14 days of production before they can be shipped. We offer USPS for domestic shipments and FedEx for international deliveries. Each carrier includes both a standard and a faster option so you can choose the delivery speed that best fits your needs.

Please note that the shipping timeframe you select begins only after the 14-day production period. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country upon delivery.

Once your order is placed , our team will reach out to confirm the final design before we start production.  We want to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it.
